Marina Markets Celebrate 10 years

The Noosa Marina Markets at Tewantin marks a major milestone in December, celebrating ten years of success. The market has been a regular event at the Marina every Sunday for the past 10 years from 8 am until 2 pm. The art, craft and local produce market has an idyllic setting on the deck and overlooking the Noosa River at Tewantin. The market is operated by Warren Smith and Lucille Critchley.

New Year's Eve

Another spectacular celebrationof the New Year is anticipated at Noosa Marina on Wednesday night the 31st of December.

Already the restaurants are filling up most wanting seats reserved for the 12 o‘clock fireworks. The spectacle of the fireworks display Noosa Marina creates every year is supplied free to the Noosa Community. The only fireworks display in Noosa.

The live band this year will be Soul Therapy. The multi award winning trio from Brisbane will entertain young and old. A mix of modern covers, Jazz and popular tracks will create a great atmosphere for all the family.

Security will be on hand to ensure an enjoyable evenign for everybody.

Don‘t worry if you have left it too late to book a restaurant, the Noosa Harbour fish market and wine bar can cater for all the casual diners. Get together with a group of friends and enjoy a great casual night out. Noosa Marina is situated at Tewantin, just 7 kilometres from Hastings Street.

A selection of speciality shops, restaurants and boat charter businesses overlook a 40 berth marine - right on the Noosa River.

The Riverlight ferry runs between Hastings Street and the Marina approximately every 90 minutes. A timetable is available from visitor info centres and most accommodation receptions.
